Go Firefighters!

CBS Sunday Morning had a great segment about Engine House No. 2 in Austin, Texas, whose firefighters have gone vegetarian. Never mind that the mastermind of this sweeping change in the firehouse also wrote a book and the show was a big promotion for it! And never mind that the guys father is a medical doctor who also wrote a book and he was also interviewed. Oh, commercialization in America. What can I say?

The two books worth noting are Engine 2 Diet by Rip Esseltyn and Prevent & Reverse Heart Disease by Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr, MD.
