<p>1.  Avoid corn products in all forms.  Corn coverts to fat all too easily &#8211; that&#8217;s why they use it to feed cattle and hogs.  So avoid corn chips, corn flour, corn syrup, and just plain corn to name a few.</p>
<p>2.  Try to use organic dairy products whenever possible so you aren&#8217;t getting the antibiotics or growth hormones.</p>
